Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Personal care, hygiene, or customized items

  • Digital products or downloadable content


How to Request a Refund

with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.


Refunds (if approved)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.

  2. Contact your bank—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
